As a Sales Executive, you will spearhead the promotion and sales of our top-tier software products, catering to the diverse needs of engineering professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute effective sales strategies to promote our engineering software solutions and achieve sales targets.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels including market research, networking, and cold calling.

Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, enhancing lead generation and brand awareness.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or software industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in the English language.
