Confirmation of Training

• The training is confirmed for those registered one week before the training dates. Click here to see the Training date.
• To reserve a seat for training, an advance payment of 25% of the total training cost is required.
• For the training to take place, the minimum number of participants is 5 people. If the required quota is not met the session will be canceled.
• The registration will be confirmed two days before the Training date and the registration link will be sent by email one day before the training.

Payment Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your payment for any reason, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation request and issue a refund, provided that the cancellation is made within the specified time frame. Please note that cancellations made after the specified time frame may not be eligible for a refund.

Any cancellations must be notified no later than 7 days before the event.

If no cancellation is made 7 days before the training starts, 25% of the training price will be charged.

If you are unable to attend a training session for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your session. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Training Structure

• Upon completion of our authorized training program and completion of homework and examination, you will receive an authorized training certificate from our company. This certificate serves as a formal acknowledgment of your successful completion of the training program and can be used to demonstrate your proficiency and expertise in the relevant field.

Termination of Training Program

• Forefront Engineering offers affordable training programs for educators and schools. Teachers can participate in our training sessions at a reduced rate, which includes only the teacher's attendance. • Additionally, we offer short remote training sessions, free of charge for first-time participants (1 hour).
• If the educational institution or individual is a member of the Nepal BIM Forum, they are entitled to various benefits, including discounts and special offers. Please contact the authorized representative of the Nepal BIM Forum for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

• All software purchases made through Forefront Engineering are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Customers should ensure that the purchased software is compatible with their system before making a purchase.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for software that has already been downloaded or activated.
• Forefront Engineering reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Licensing and Usage

• Customers will receive a license key for the purchased software, which is valid for one user only.
• Sharing or distributing the license key is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the software is used following the terms of the license agreement.
• Any unauthorized use or distribution of the software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Software Support and Maintenance

• Forefront Engineering offers technical support for its software products upon purchase of the Technical Support Package.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary hardware and software requirements to use the software effectively.
• Forefront Engineering is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the software.
• Any defects or malfunctions in the software will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Software Updates and Upgrades

• Customers will receive notifications about software updates and upgrades when available.
• Upgrades to software may or may not require an additional purchase or fee.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary hardware and software requirements for any software updates or upgrades.

Use of Pirated Software and Punishment

• Forefront Engineering strictly prohibits the use of pirated software. Forefront Engineering offers software purchases from various software companies. We strictly prohibit the use of pirated software and any customers found using pirated software will be subject to legal action. We only provide genuine and authentic software licenses to our customers to ensure that they receive the highest quality of products and services. If you have any questions about the authenticity of our software, please do not hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.
• Forefront Engineering reserves the right to verify the authenticity of software licenses at any time. Customers must provide proof of valid software licenses upon request.
• Customers who have knowingly purchased or installed pirated software will not be entitled to any technical support or software updates.
• Any attempts to circumvent or manipulate software licensing systems will be treated as a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in the suspension or termination of the customer's account.

Software Compliance

• Forefront Engineering is committed to ensuring that all software provided to our customers is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our software is following all applicable laws and regulations, including licensing agreements.
• Any unauthorized use or reproduction of software is subject to legal action.

Reporting Use of Pirated Software

• Forefront Engineering encourages customers to report any suspected use of pirated software by other individuals or organizations.
• Customers who report suspected use of pirated software to Forefront Engineering will be eligible for a prize, subject to our discretion.
• To report suspected use of pirated software, please contact our support team with as much information as possible, including the name of the individual or organization using the pirated software, the type of software being used, and any other relevant details.
• Forefront Engineering reserves the right to investigate any reported cases of pirated software, and to take appropriate action, which may include legal action.

Discounts

• Forefront Engineering may offer discounts or other promotional offers from time to time, subject to availability and at our discretion.
• Discount codes or other promotional offers may be subject to certain terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any terms and conditions associated with discounts or promotional offers.
• Forefront Engineering reserves the right to modify or withdraw any discounts or promotional offers at any time, without prior notice.
• In the event of a refund for a product or service that was purchased with a discount or promotional offer, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid by the customer, not including the value of the discount or promotional offer.
• Forefront Engineering may also offer loyalty rewards or other incentives to repeat customers, subject to availability and at our discretion.
• Any loyalty rewards or other incentives may be subject to certain terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

• Nepal BIM Forum membership entitles you to a 5% discount on the various trainings offered by Forefront Engineering.
• The Nepal BIM Forum members can attend webinars and different events organized by Forefront Engineering. Members can also get special discounts and offers. Contact the authorized representative of the Nepal BIM Forum to know more.
• Short remote training of 1 hour is free of charge for the individual or entire staff of member companies or organizations of the Nepal BIM Forum.
