He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from LUT University. With expertise in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, he has developed a deep understanding of engineering design, structural modeling, and digital workflows. His passion for integrating technology into engineering processes has driven him to specialize in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced digital engineering solutions.

Currently working as a Design Engineer at Sitowise, Ardeep has over five years of experience in structural engineering and digital design. His role involves utilizing cutting-edge design software to develop and analyze structural components, ensuring precision, efficiency, and sustainability in construction projects.
