At this point in his career Sudhir says, ''I believe that as design and construction processes evolve across South Asia, the development of effective BIM strategies naturally takes time. However, with stronger collaboration among professionals (architects, engineers, and 3D design enthusiasts), there lies immense potential to establish dedicated BIM departments which can enable feasible projects. This would not only allow those involved in design and site execution to focus more on meaningful, productive work, but also help avoid cumulative or systematic errors often encountered during 2D CAD practices.''
Additionally, Sudhir is an experienced trainer who has conducted numerous BIM training sessions for professionals and organizations. His expertise includes delivering specialized programs on Archicad Open BIM Collaboration and Partner-Defined Autodesk Training, empowering teams to strengthen their BIM capabilities and foster effective collaboration across diverse construction projects.
