The project involves implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the design phase of the Koshi Hospital Medical Block in Biratnagar. This initiative aims to enhance collaboration and efficiency by digitally managing architectural, engineering, and construction data. The project focuses on creating separate BIM models for architectural, structural, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection), and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and reducing potential conflicts.

This approach promises to streamline workflows, minimize rework, and optimize resource utilization, setting a new standard for precision in healthcare facility design in Nepal.
