Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy

Forefront Engineering Pvt. Ltd. ("Forefront Engineering," "we," "our," or "us") upholds the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all aspects of its operations. This Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy establishes our strict zero-tolerance stance toward bribery, improper influence, corruption, facilitation payments, kickbacks, and all forms of unethical behavior. This Policy applies to all employees, officers, contractors, suppliers, vendors, consultants, business partners, and any third party acting on behalf of Forefront Engineering.

By engaging with Forefront Engineering, all internal and external parties agree to comply fully with the provisions of this Policy, applicable Nepalese law, and industry best practices.

Purpose and Objectives

Forefront Engineering adopts this Policy to prevent, detect, and address bribery and corruption within any aspect of our business or business relationships. The objective of this Policy is to ensure ethical operations, protect our reputation, comply with governing laws, and foster a transparent and responsible corporate environment. Compliance with this Policy is mandatory, and breaches may result in disciplinary, contractual, or legal actions.

Scope of Application

This Policy applies to every individual associated with Forefront Engineering, including employees, management, directors, consultants, trainees, contractors, suppliers, vendors, partners, intermediaries, distributors, and any representative acting on our behalf. It covers all operations, including procurement, sales, negotiations, training services, software licensing, government interactions, sponsorships, and external collaborations.

Definitions

Bribery refers to the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value with the intent to improperly influence an action or decision.

Corruption refers to the abuse of entrusted power for personal, professional, or corporate gain.

Prohibited benefits include cash, gifts, favors, rebates, personal services, lavish hospitality, preferential treatment, or any advantage that may create undue influence.

Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Forefront Engineering enforces a strict zero-tolerance stance toward bribery, corruption, illegal inducements, covert commissions, facilitation payments, or any conduct that compromises ethical business practices.

No individual or entity associated with Forefront Engineering may, under any circumstances, engage in bribery or accept any form of improper benefit.

Prohibited Conduct

Forefront Engineering strictly prohibits any form of bribery, illicit payment, or improper advantage, and no employee or representative is permitted to offer, solicit, accept, or authorize such actions under any circumstances. Individuals are not allowed to request or accept gifts, entertainment, or favors that may influence or appear to influence business decisions. Any concealment, alteration, or misrepresentation of financial information is equally prohibited, as Forefront Engineering requires complete transparency and accuracy in all financial and operational records.

Gifts, Hospitality, and Entertainment

Gifts or hospitality may be offered or accepted only if they are modest, legal, occasional, transparently recorded, and clearly not intended to influence business outcomes. Cash or cash-equivalent gifts (including vouchers) are strictly prohibited. Any gift or hospitality exceeding reasonable value must receive prior written approval from management.

Engagement with Government Officials

Interactions with government bodies, regulators, and public officers must be conducted with utmost caution and transparency. No payments, gifts, or favors may be offered to secure permits, approvals, regulatory relief, or preferential treatment. Any suspicious request from a government representative must be reported immediately to management.

Reporting of Violations and Whistleblower Protection

All employees, partners, and third parties are obligated to report suspected bribery, corruption, unethical conduct, or violations of this Policy. Reports may be made confidentially or anonymously. Forefront Engineering strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct in good faith. All reports will be investigated promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

Training and Awareness

Forefront Engineering will provide periodic training on anti-bribery and anti-corruption obligations, especially for personnel in roles involving procurement, finance, sales, sponsorships, or external partnerships. Employees and partners must remain informed of their responsibilities under this Policy.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Any violation of this Policy may result in serious repercussions, including disciplinary measures such as suspension or termination of employment. Forefront Engineering also reserves the right to immediately terminate contracts, vendor agreements, or partnerships with any party found to be engaged in bribery, corruption, or related misconduct. Individuals or entities responsible for violations may face civil or criminal penalties under applicable Nepalese law, and Forefront Engineering may pursue the recovery of any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of such misconduct. The company retains full authority to seek all legal remedies deemed necessary to protect its interests and uphold this, Policy.

Continuous Improvement and Periodic Review

This Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to comply with legal changes, regulatory expectations, and evolving industry best practices. Any updates will be communicated internally and to applicable external stakeholders.
