About the Role

As a Site Engineer at Forefront Engineering, you will be pivotal in successfully executing projects. Your expertise in the field and your experience in drafting, modeling, and site coordination, will ensure the seamless integration of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and Modeling Support: Provide CAD drafting and BIM modeling support on-site, ensuring the design is accurately represented and up to date.
  • BIM Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate BIM projects, ensuring they align with client standards and project requirements.
  • Site Coordination: Perform on-site coordination tasks under the guidance of the BIM Coordinator, facilitating smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Ensure coordination with client BIM standards and effectively communicate digital design concepts to professionals with varying levels of understanding.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Site work.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of building architectural and engineering drawings, legacy CAD applications, and PDF editors like Bluebeam Revu.
  • Familiarity: Experience with common data environments like Trimble Connect is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
  • Site Setting Out: Understanding of building setting out on-site and ability to adhere to deadlines.
