Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM models into project workflows.
- Lead the development and management of BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Support project teams with BIM techniques, leveraging advanced software tools to ensure effective implementation and integration of BIM processes across projects.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models to ensure they meet quality standards, client requirements, and project timelines.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM-related processes and software.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management or coordination.
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred.
