Abhushan Neupane is a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the analysis, design, procurement, construction, and contract management of large-scale infrastructure projects. His expertise spans across hydropower, tunneling, slope stabilization, irrigation, roads, and building construction, making him a key player in Nepal’s engineering sector. Currently, Abhushan serves as a Procurement, Contract, and Schedule Specialist at NEA Engineering Company Limited, where he plays a crucial role in the development of major hydropower projects, including the Upper Modi A (42 MW) and Upper Modi (18.2 MW) Cascade Projects. His responsibilities encompass bid preparation, procurement strategy development, contract management, and project scheduling, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly and in compliance with international standards. His expertise in contractual oversight and project planning has contributed significantly to the successful implementation of critical infrastructure initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Abhushan held key leadership positions, including Team Leader (Technical) at Hydro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Contract Engineer at Peoples Hydropower Company Ltd., where he was responsible for contract administration, procurement planning, and design coordination for major hydropower projects. His deep understanding of tunnel engineering, project scheduling, and risk management has allowed him to navigate complex engineering challenges effectively. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to optimize resources, streamline operations, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
