Training Objectives
This training aims to provide participants with an understanding of BIM-based quantity take-off and cost estimation. It will cover theoretical concepts such as Value Engineering, Risk Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) while demonstrating 5D quantity take-off and cost estimation using Revit.

- Introduction to BIM for Quantity Take-off and Cost Estimation – Importance, industry applications, and benefits.
- Value Engineering and BIM
- Risk Management and BIM
- Earned Value Management (EVM) and BIM
- Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and BIM
- 5D Quantity Take-off and Cost Estimation using Revit – Hands-on demonstration of Revit’s QTO and estimation tools.

Target Audience & Prerequisites
This training is designed for professionals and students in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, including Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, and Cost Engineers, as well as BIM Managers, Coordinators, and Project Managers. It is also beneficial for construction professionals seeking to enhance their skills and for AEC students looking to build a strong foundation in BIM practices.
Prerequisites:
- Basic understanding of construction cost estimation
- Familiarity with BIM concepts and Revit (preferred but not mandatory)
Training Schedule
The course is available in flexible morning and evening sessions. Specific times will be communicated to you via call or email. The training spans 10 hours/10 days.
